I am Connected

Yipee, as of today i gotten my Streamyx. freaking happy. Converted my smaller rooms into a cyber cafe thanks to nicholas. when you have internet at home, you can at anytime log into the superhighway and do your stuff. no more stuck in the office trying to check mail, play game and blog at the same time while your boss is trying to chew on your butt for slacking.

Something interesting happened today after dinner. while we are trying to bank in some money in SS15, we saw a couple, the male was slapping the girl silly and dragging her into his car. I hastely stop my car to check out the situation and see if there's any fight involves. I was joined by some other good samaritians to help out the situation.

The female was crying and shaking and can't hold coherant speech. or either that, my malay was really bad. We learned that is not her first time gotten beaten up by his boyfriend and she still madly goes back to him. From the look of him, he doesn't look rich. maybe she's just plain stupid.

Anyway, she borrow a phone from one of us and called her sister to pick her up. we all advise her and her sister to lodge a police report of abusive behaviour from her Boyfriend. And this report will also protect her if at any chance or given time, the stupid boyfriend does anything funny to her. well, is up to her to actually do anything about it.
