ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH........the hardest 2 days in my life, i have begun my quest, to stop smoking. and it's been two bloooooody days. withdrawal symptom is killing god. i bought this nicotine inhaler which cost RM 48 for 18 tubes, equal to 4 stick of ciggie. and Saint bought me 15mg nicotine patch..................

how to last ?? all my freaking friends smoke like chimney!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
